Our objective is to ensure customer satisfaction and let you enjoy a memorable experience shopping at NCS PVT LTD, but, kindly note, any exchange or return of opened or used products will not be accepted, once the products had been sold or delivered
Please make a note of below additional conditions
- If there is any quality issue related to our products, we would exchange subject to investigation and due diligence on our end. To facilitate this, you need to email us within 24hrs of delivery. Please contact us via email : accounts@nahatacomfort.com and we would be glad to help you
- An exchange will be entertained only once NCS PVT LTD receives back the products in an unopened, saleable condition, with original receipts | labels in their original packing, with both product and packing undamaged
- such exchange requests will be subject to final checking and acceptance of NCS PVT LTD
- NCS PVT LTD will not be responsible for any damage that is caused, once the products had been delivered
- NCS PVT LTD will not be responsible or accountable for any damages resulting due to improper usage, negligence or due to improper methods and application
- Please note, for all cases related to product exchange ( once accepted by NCS PVT LTD ) the shipment charges, for sending back to NCS PVT LTD, will have to be borne by the Purchaser
- The products once sold by NCS PVT LTD are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- only if products are sold in a damaged condition, but, the packing is not opened and all seals are intact
- if the shipment has missing items and the consignment has not been used
- For such exceptional cases, the shipment might qualify for an Exchange, that would be completed within 15-25 working days
